HOMEs

  • You can purchase a home at VUE by contacting our sales team to schedule a visit to the community. During your visit, you'll be able to view available homes, select the one that's right for you, and proceed directly to signing a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Our team will guide you through the entire process from your initial visit to contract signing.

  • At the time of executing your Purchase and Sale Agreement you will be required to submit a one time 10% escrow deposit with 5% of it being Earnest and the remaining 5% as an administration fee. The 10% escrow deposit is on the gross value of the home plus any structural option upgrades. Once you have completed your interior selections, you will be required to fund 50% of any design upgrades that you select. No other funds will be needed or required throughout the construction process.

  • Homes at VUE include solar panel readiness, EV charger outlets, high-efficiency HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, and native landscaping for water conservation. Each home is also designed to meet 3-Star Austin Energy Green Build standards.
