You can purchase a home at VUE by contacting our sales team to schedule a visit to the community. During your visit, you'll be able to view available homes, select the one that's right for you, and proceed directly to signing a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Our team will guide you through the entire process from your initial visit to contract signing.

At the time of executing your Purchase and Sale Agreement you will be required to submit a one time 10% escrow deposit with 5% of it being Earnest and the remaining 5% as an administration fee. The 10% escrow deposit is on the gross value of the home plus any structural option upgrades. Once you have completed your interior selections, you will be required to fund 50% of any design upgrades that you select. No other funds will be needed or required throughout the construction process.

Homes at VUE include solar panel readiness, EV charger outlets, high-efficiency HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, and native landscaping for water conservation. Each home is also designed to meet 3-Star Austin Energy Green Build standards.
